Step 2. With your family, write a different physical challenge on each piece of paper. You can have as many or as few as you want and you can decorate them if you wish to.
Examples of physical challenges include:
- complete 10 star jumps
- touch the floor and jump to the sky as many times as you can in 20 seconds
- stand on one leg for as long as you can
- march on the spot counting in 2s
- a member of your family chooses your task
Step 3. Lay out your pieces of paper in any way you want. Do you want to create a circle? A zig-zag? A U-shape like the example in the picture?
Step 4. Roll a dice, jump to that ‘mat’ and complete the task. If you don’t have a dice at home, you could always make number cards or use a dice on a phone.
If you can, we would love to see photos of your game. Perhaps you could even give the staff at Walter Halls a challenge or two to complete.
Don’t forget to post a pic on the facebook post so we can see how you’re getting on!
